Forward an email to your dropbox and Highrise will find the contact who wrote it and attach it to that contact’s page. BCC your dropbox when sending an email and it will be attached to the person receiving the email. Details.

Highrise Help offers instant searching. Start typing and results begin showing up immediately. There’s no faster way to get answers to your questions.

Add /private Marketing at the top of your message so only people in the Marketing group can see it in Highrise. Add /private so only you can see it. Details.

Keep track of important dates for each contact. You can add their birthday, anniversary, date hired, date fired, date granted a promotion, or whatever other date you want. Details.

When viewing a group of contacts filtered by tag, you can choose Export contacts tagged... at the top of the right sidebar to download a vCard containing just those contacts. Details.

Subscribe to your iCalendar task feed to see Highrise tasks on your Backpack Calendar, Apple iCal, Mozilla Calendar or other program that supports the iCalendar format. Details.

In your contacts tab, you’ll see an option to change the view of your contacts list at the top of the screen. You can filter your contacts by name, title, email, city, state, country, zip, phone, background, or custom field. Details.

Highrise Permissions let you specify who can see which people, companies, notes, and cases. It’s your call. Details.
Deals let you keep track of proposals, bids, RFPs, and project sales right inside Highrise. Enter notes about the deals, attach proposals or contracts to the deals, and keep a log of any changes. Details.

Cases are like a virtual file folder you use to organize papers. Use them to keep related communications from multiple people together in one place. For example, if you are working on setting up health insurance for your company you might keep healthcare-related communications from your insurance salesperson, payroll company, and accountant together in a case called Health Care Communications. Go to the “Account” tab and choose the lump sum payment option. You’ll be charged for the amount you choose. Then your monthly fee will be deducted from that paid amount each month. When your lump sum is running out, you’ll be notified. Details.

Create an email with just a subject and address it to your special Task+Date address (example: task+today@12345678.highrisehq.com). Possible time slots include Task+Today, Task+Tomorrow, Task+ThisWeek, Task+NextWeek, and Task+Later. The subject of the email then becomes a task in Highrise with the date you selected. Details.

Use tasks to followup with contacts on birthdays, anniversaries, and other important dates. Or schedule periodic “maintenance” dates for contacts. Details.

Go to the Deals page and click the Edit categories link in the sidebar. Then add a new category. You can then customize the color for that category. Details.

Add /case Litigation or /deal Service contract at the top of your message to attach the email to that case or deal—or a new one if it doesn’t exist Details.

Choose from a variety of color schemes to find one that best suits your company brand. Details.

Account owners can change the Bill to: info that appears on each invoice to show the full company address, special tax information, or anything else. You can also choose to deliver invoices to a secondary email address Details.

You can see what any specific person within your account has been up to in Highrise by going to Latest activity and filtering by that person’s name.
